Scholar Lab Foundation delivers industrial innovations being an extended arm of Indian premier institutes. It creates IP and co-hosts with institutes and Scholars. It develops products in an institutional framework. ScholaLab engages multidisciplinary resources to deliver sustainable products. It conducts seminar, conferences to promote scientific product development process and innovation. It is working on developing an Institute which may offer courses on product development for aspiring scholars. The group has 200+ Years of cumulative experience in renewable energy, IT, water management, healthcare and analytics, oil and gas and rural development as business leaders and entrepreneurs. We focus on Science & Engineering, Management & Humanities, and Social Science & Finance as our area of work. Our associate companies are working with UN, WWF, INSA, Indian Railways and IITs / premier Indian Universities and R&D Labs. We have a pool of experts of IIT Alumni from India and abroad from industrial research to academic research catering various sectors.

The Scholar Lab Foundation is raising fund and collecting donations for two purposes:

ScholarLab is working to develop an Institute call “ScholarLab Product Development School” for creating an ecosystem to foster product development orientation and culture in India.

ScholarLab has taken initiatives to develop various products collaborating with premier institutes. Fund is required to harness those products. The funder can later on be associated with the scholar who developed the product and may eventually become an entrepreneur.

Health and Wellbeing

team member
Project Description

We are developing an intelligent Machine Learning platform to reduce healthcare monitoring costs. Human beings receive and generate information from receptor organs based on their own requirement. Signals are coded information of well being of human being. Information required to be decoded to understand the human health. Wellbeing is a continuous function of human health status and thus it provides enough information to forecast. Human race survived generations without the di-sectional test analysing the signals will reduce the costly testing process.

RE-Energy & Industry IOT

team member
Project Description

We are developing an intelligent IT platform on four domains (1) Power Electronics - Solar Inverter/ Micro -Inverter: ScholarLab proposes to develop Off grid Inverter and on grid inverter with indigenous technology. (2) Solar ERP: Design, Costing, engagement of vendor and monitoring the solar plant - an application based solar system (3) Storage System - Solid States Storage beyond Lithium Ion is an area of research for product development (4) Mnitoring Device - IoT application for monitoring the health and performance of a system.

Intelligent Chair

team member
Project Description

Scholarlab intents to develop an intelligent chair with the ML Object detection framework which has ability to identify the presence of a student, ability to track the eyes of the student and also ability to focus the student only and on nothing else. This digital invasion has given an opportunity to bring classroom and office within the private space Current use of phone/computer could not address some of the issues: (a) Establishing eye contact and and identify the attentiveness (b) Integrity issues during exam (c) Student to student engagement - the fun part (d) Camera to be focused on student activities and not on any external environment , etc

Water Management

team member
Project Description

Scholarlab is developing intregated water management system using ML & Datascience to address the following challenges: (a) Salinity of water in Rajasthan and coastal areas (b) Realtime quality validation of potable water (c) Recharging of groundwater to fill the aquifer. Hence ScholarLab’ propose (1) Develop a low cost desalination device using other than conventional RO. (2) Develop a vessel for measurement and reporting based on the quality definition of water by WHO and UN. (3) conceptualiz a solution based on the mechanism of water circulation in a Tree to recharge the water.

Intelligent Energy Dashboards

team member
Project Description

Scholarlab is developing integrated energy management dashboard system using Big data platform, ML and Datascience technology to address the following challenges: (a) Collected from thousands of Non-Conventional power generation. (b) Real-time Plant health and micro grid monitoring system (c) Recommendation system on Generation forecasting, Plant component lifecycle and financial risk management system.
